Who Will Receive the 13500 PKR Payment This Time?
Not all beneficiaries will receive this installment. According to BISP, only three categories of women are eligible this time:
1. Women Who Missed Their December Payment
If you received an SMS from 8171 in December 2024 but couldn’t collect your payment for any reason, this time you can go and receive it without issue.
2. Regular Beneficiaries with Updated Surveys
Women who have been receiving Kafalat payments for several years and have completed their dynamic survey are also eligible. These are the regular, verified beneficiaries.
3. Beneficiaries with High PMT Scores (Above 32)
There’s a special case: some women whose PMT score went above 32 (which usually makes them ineligible) have still been cleared for this round. So if you’re in this group, you’re lucky—your installment is waiting.

Who Will Not Get Payment in April 2025?
Unfortunately, seven types of women will not receive Benazir Kafalat payment this time. Here’s the full list:
- Those who got Rs. 5,000 under the Ramadan Relief Package from the federal government.
- Recipients of provincial Ramadan assistance programs.
- Women who already received their December 2024 payment in full.
- Recently surveyed women whose eligibility is still pending.
- New filers or those declared ineligible by BISP.
- Women who didn’t complete their dynamic survey.
- Women from districts not included in Phase 1.
If you fall into any of these categories, please avoid visiting the BISP campsite, as no payment will be issued to you at this time.

How to Receive the Benazir Kafalat 13500 Payment
If you’re among the eligible recipients and your district is included in Phase 1, here’s how you can get your money:
- Go to your nearby BISP campsite set up in your district.
- Bring your original CNIC for identity verification.
- Staff will check your record and, if cleared, release your payment on the spot.
- You may also receive children’s Taleemi Wazaif (stipends) if you’re eligible.
Payments are being distributed through authorized banks like Bank Alfalah, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Bank of Punjab, depending on your area.

How to Check Your Benazir Kafalat Payment Status
Currently, the 8171 web portal is undergoing an upgrade. This means you won’t be able to check your payment status online just yet. However, it is expected to be fully functional by Monday, April 14, 2025.
Once live, you can:
- Visit the 8171.bisp.gov.pk web portal.
- Enter your CNIC number.
- See your payment status and other details online.
Until then, rely on SMS from 8171 or visit your local campsite if you believe you’re eligible.

Districts Included in Benazir Kafalat Phase 1
BISP has included 104 districts in the first phase. Women from these districts can collect their payments from April 2025 onwards. If your district isn’t on the Phase 1 list, don’t worry—your turn will likely come in Phase 2, scheduled for May or June 2025.
